Muriel began her career in the legal section of the French National Institute of Industrial Property (l’Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle) (INPI, Paris), before joining Inteltech SA in 1999 as an intellectual property advisor.
Backed by more than twenty five years of experience in the law of trademarks and industrial designs, she advises our clients with a view to ensuring for them the highest levels of protection and exploitation of their intellectual property assets.
The service provided by Muriel touches upon all aspects of intellectual property law and the establishment of truly global protection. This means offering advice concerning search and filing strategy, contractual issues, opposition and dispute procedures, both in Switzerland and at the international level.
Muriel is involved in the automobile, banking and consumer goods sectors and has extensive experience also particularly in the watchmaking and jewellery sectors.
She has taken part in the International Watch and Jewellery Fair (Baselworld) for more than fifteen years now and assists our clients in the detection of counterfeit products and the handling of the filing of complaints before the ad hoc arbitration panel.
