As the holder of a Master’s degree in the law of French, Swiss and European Unfair Competition and Consumer Rights, Frédérique Detraz joined Inteltech SA in 2004.
A piracy and counterfeiting specialist, she manages trademark monitoring and protection programs for our clients at the international level. She is also involved in the settlement of disputes concerning the ‘Swiss Made’ regulations and geographical indications.
As a member of the anti-counterfeiting body, the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry (Fédération Horologère Suisse), Frédérique assists clients in particular during the course of the Salon International de l’Horologerie de Bale (Baselworld).
She deals also with general intellectual property matters, such as the acquisition and defence of intellectual property rights and related contractual aspects.
Frédérique is a member of several international associations and speaks English fluently, along with excellent German.
